Brighter Referral Program

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 02/18/2026

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Brighter Referral Program. By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Overview

The Brighter Referral Program allows eligible customers and approved partners to receive store credit for referring new customers to purchase a Brighter lamp.

Under this program:

• The referred customer receives $100 in store credit toward their first eligible purchase.
• The referrer receives $100 in store credit once the referral qualifies.

All rewards are issued as Brighter store credit and have no cash value.

2. Eligibility

• Referrers must be 18 years or older.
• Referrals must be new customers who have never previously purchased from Brighter.
• The referred customer must use the unique referral link or code at checkout.
• Self referrals are strictly prohibited.

Brighter reserves the right to approve, deny, or reverse rewards if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Qualifying Purchase

A qualifying purchase must:

• Be a completed order placed through the official Brighter website.
• Not be canceled, refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent.
• Meet any minimum purchase threshold required at the time of promotion, if applicable.

4. Store Credit

• Rewards are issued as store credit only.
• Store credit is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Store credit may not be applied toward taxes, shipping, or gift cards unless otherwise stated.
• Store credit may not be combined with certain other promotions or discounts.
• Any unused store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue.

Brighter reserves the right to modify expiration periods at its discretion.

5. Referral Limits

• Referrers may earn multiple rewards.
• Brighter may set limits on the number of referral credits earned per person at any time.
• Excessive, automated, or bulk referrals may result in disqualification.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are not permitted:

• Creating fake accounts
• Posting referral links on coupon or discount aggregation websites
• Paid advertising using Brighter brand keywords without written approval
• Spam, misleading, or deceptive promotional practices

Violation may result in immediate removal from the program and cancellation of earned credits.

7. Program Modifications

Brighter reserves the right to:

• Modify or terminate the referral program at any time
• Adjust reward amounts
• Revoke credits issued in error
• Disqualify participants engaging in suspicious or abusive behavior

All decisions are final and at Brighter’s sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brighter is not responsible for:

• Referral tracking errors
• Technical malfunctions
• Lost, delayed, or improperly recorded referrals

Participation is at your own risk.
